Refund policy

We grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at belted.collective@gmail.com. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

Return shipping is at your own expense, to: Belted Collective GbR, Goernestrasse 36, 20249 Hamburg.

An exchange is also possible, likewise at your own cost for return shipping.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are custom-made items (e.g., personalized items), as well as sale items and gift cards.
